We will always try and provide our customers with accurate up to the minute information, regarding delivery times, and progress, so that they are as well informed about the status of a delivery as we are.
We have a bank of locally based drivers across Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire and Wiltshire which allows us to collect anything from almost anywhere across these counties at extremely short notice
We can also provide a Nation wide collection / delivery service through our extensive network of experienced sub-contractors which have all been interviewed and vetted at our depot in Shaftesbury. This means that we can save our customers time and money by providing a UK wide service, and they are safe in the knowledge that they will always receive our high level of service, without having to pay the excessive prices charged by other courier companies.

These charges also come into effect, if at the delivery point, the driver has to spend time off-loading.
Return loads, are charged at half rate.
All Tolls & Ferries if applicable are charged at cost.
All jobs are considered urgent, unless we are delivering at a specific time instructed by a client.
We also operate a secondary service, which is called a back load. This is used when a consignment can not be delivered by any other means, either it is too heavy or big, to be put through an overnight parcel service, or too delicate or expensive to be put through an overnight pallet service, but the delivery is not needed urgently. We will collect the parcel or pallet from our customer, and hold it in our depot, until we have a vehicle delivering in, or near the delivery address. This is priced at less than half price of a dedicated delivery, but we can not guarantee delivery time or date. We look to deliver these items within two weeks, but some locations will take more time, call our controllers for more information.
If one of our customers has a delivery that needs to be done early in the morning, and we need to collect the night before, we have storage facilities available at our secure warehouse.
Our experienced controllers are able to discuss any aspect of our services, and we will always provide our customers with the most effective way of transporting goods.
